Monse's skirt is purposely designed to look like deconstructed tailored pants - you can even see the pocket lining and what appears to be the logo-stamped trim tracing the inside of a waistband. It's made from pinstriped wool-blend twill and has draped panels that cascade from the mini hem to create cool asymmetry.
