It consists of a graduated base composed of two terra cotta-tinted cast-concrete discs; a hand-wrapped paper-cord column; and a cantilevered shade crafted from a rare; upcycled vintage Red Abalone seashell with a golden-hued; mother-of-pearl interior; sourced from a California collector.
