Product Description
Radical conceptual designer Martin Margiela founded his eponymous couture house in 1988 and quickly established himself at the forefront of the Belgian fashion avant-garde. Today the label is run by Glenn Martens; who has maintained the brand’s intellectual blend of conceptualism and luxury. The Maison launches the Dress-age handbag; crafted from soft pebbled calfskin. With an equestrian spin; the handbag features classic leatherwork and refined lines; combining unconscious glamour with gestural design. It follows a trapezoid shape with contrast dual-wear strap detail. The studded base allows the bag to stand; and the inner is adorned with the logo. Maison Margiela's signature; the four stitches; appear at the back; the opposite of a label.
