Akua Objects was founded in 2022 in Copenhagen by Annika Zobel Agerled and Josefine Arthur with a vision to create glassware as poetic objects. It takes four people to create each Karl vase; and the process is exactly what makes it so precious. Being a product of dedicated craftsmanship and collaboration between four different sets of hands; make the shape of each Karl vase completely unique. The Karl vase could have been born during the art deco period and act as a contemporary piece in Akua Object’s poetic universe. Ideal to be displayed in a window or as a centrepiece with flowers.
