A floor-sized companion to the original Lion’s Paw Table Lamp; Model No. 045 rests on a graduated; double-tiered terra cotta-tinted cast-plaster base; with an unlacquered brass column; unlacquered-brass hardware; an army green cloth-covered cord; and a black Achille Castiglioni-designed on/off foot switch. Its shade is constructed from a matching pair of sustainably sourced; naturally translucent; orange Lion’s Paw scallop shells. Permanently fused open at the scallop's natural hinge; the shade is fully adjustable on the vertical axis. Made-to-order by hand in a numbered; signed edition by artist Christopher Tennant.
