Macaron flavors include Salted Caramel, Pistachio, Cookie Dough, Honey and Lavender, Snickerdoodle, Italian Cream, Strawberry, Lemon Fleur de Sel, Passion Fruit, Chocolate, Almond, and Vanilla To assemble the tower structure, first arrange the tiers from largest to smallest in diameter. Place the largest tier on a flat surface and stack the next largest tier on top. Press down gently to ensure the tiers lock in place. repeat with each remaining tier until the tower is completely assembled. Then arrange macarons on the tower in the desired pattern. Keep JOY Macarons refrigerated for up to 3 days after they arrive. Let them come to room temperature before serving. Display tower: 14"Dia. x 18"T. Serves 70 people; 3 macarons per serving.
