Cartier Vintage 1980s Vendôme Hand-wound 18-karat Yellow Gold Watch, Ref. 67080, is one of twelve original designs from the Louis Cartier Collection introduced in 1973. It features a stepped 18-karat gold (750) case, a manual wind movement, blued steel hands, and a crisp white dial with Roman numerals. The watch is finished with a black leather strap and invisible clasp fastening, and is presented here for a 6.5" wrist.
