Mateo's earrings are inspired by Florentine Renaissance artist Sandro Botticelli's 'The Birth of Venus' painting, which famously depicts the Roman goddess emerging from the sea. Hand-cast from 14-karat gold, they have pearl studs and lifelike shell pendants.
