The Hermès Birkin Shadow 35 is crafted in Gold Swift leather with palladium hardware, contrast stitching, embossed details and double rolled handles. Designed with an open top, the structured handbag features a gold chèvre-lined interior with one zip pocket finished with an Hermès-engraved pull and an open pocket opposite. First introduced in 2009 during Jean Paul Gaultier’s tenure as Hermès creative director and recently recreated, the Shadow Birkin reinterprets the Birkin’s rectangular form through a distinctive trompe-l’œil optical illusion.
