For 24hour creaseproof wear, apply a thin layer to the eyelids before eye shadow application. Using the doe foot applicator, apply sparingly to the lid and blend with fingers from lashline to brow bone. Layer shadows on top with a brush, or use a fingertip for maximum opacity.
