Prep the eyes by applying a small amount of IntensifEYES™ Longwear Primer all over the lids. Shadows can be applied dry or wet to amplify color. Use shadow brushes to contour, accentuate and define eyes. Use metallic, sparkle and duochrome finishes with a brush or press them onto the center lid or brow bone with a finger. Apply sparkle shadows to the inner corner to instantly brighten eyes. Finish with a coat of FetishEYES™ Mascara.
