Exclusive La Isla by Marrakshi Life is a cotton triangle top inspired by key elements of the traditional Moroccan wardrobe and reworked for contemporary resort dressing. Launched in 2013 by New York fashion photographer Randall Bachner, the slow fashion label has this piece cut and sewn by an in-house team of local artisans in its Marrakesh atelier. Raw cotton is hand-woven on warp-and-weft flatbed looms using age-old practices, creating a lightweight, textured finish with multicolored stripes.
