ILIA Thru Line Waterproof Eyeliner in Trace delivers honey beige shimmer in a waterproof, sweatproof, smudge-resistant formula that lasts up to 24 hours. The pencil glides on smoothly without dragging or skipping, blends easily, and sets quickly; its pencil is made in part from repurposed coffee chaff to help reduce waste. Safe for sensitive eyes and waterline use, it is ophthalmologist-tested, vegan, and formulated without phthalates, parabens, sulfates, talc, alcohol, or fragrance; it is not tested on animals. The 0.4 oz sharpenable pencil can be applied along the lash line or waterline, blended with a small eye brush for a diffused effect, or shaped into a soft wing with an angled liner brush; sharpen with the Dual Precision Sharpener, sold separately, and work one eye at a time as the formula sets quickly.
