Niacinamide and Chlorella Extract help condition skin and improve the appearance of firmness, tone and dryness-related fine lines. The 0.5 oz (15 ml) eye cream is cruelty-free; apply a pea-sized amount with the provided spatula twice daily after moisturizer.
