Impeccable Blurring Second Skin Matte Foundation delivers medium-to-full, long-lasting coverage with a natural velvet-matte finish, using Precision Blur Technology to blur pores and imperfections while hyaluronic acid hydrates and smooths skin. Shade 4.5O comes in a 1.18 fl oz size and wears comfortably for up to 12 hours; its non-slip, non-cakey formula is designed not to melt, separate, settle into lines, flash back, self-set, or oxidize, and is ideal for all skin types, especially oily skin. Vegan and cruelty free, it is formulated without phthalates, gluten, mineral oil, talc, sulfates, parabens, oil, or fragrance. Prep with water-based formulas, apply 1–2 pumps from the center of the face outward, and use a brush for full coverage or a beauty sponge for lighter coverage; pair with non-oil-based formulas and finish with setting spray, sold separately.
