Its double-phase technology combines a pigment-fixing ultra-colour phase with a coated-shine phase of oils for comfort, suppleness and shine; an instrumental test on 30 subjects found lips hydrated for 24 hours. The precision-designed bullet has a rounded tip for defining the Cupid’s bow and a pointed tip for the lower lip, allowing precise application in one swipe.
