La Mer The Concentrate Serum is a 1.7 oz (50 mL) calming face serum designed to help repair and strengthen the skin barrier, soothe visible irritation, and protect against daily irritants including pollution and micro-dust. Its key ingredients include Concentrated Miracle Broth™, Lime Tea Concentrate, and The Stabilizing Ferment; the formula is intended for all skin types, including sensitive and irritated skin, and addresses dryness and fine lines. Clinical testing found improved skin barrier strength after 14 days, while a separate study of 22 women found barrier strength began returning to pre-treatment levels in the hours after a professional-strength peel when the serum was used twice daily for three weeks beforehand. Use the wand to smooth a small amount onto fingertips, then gently press and massage onto skin at least twice daily or as needed, followed by La Mer moisturizer.
