The 10" Casserole with Lid features a special vintage process that gives its stainless steel surface a rustic, warm and elegant appearance. Its tri-ply construction combines 18/10 stainless steel, an aluminum core and copper for even heat distribution, with mirror-polished surfaces inside and out. Strongly fixed 18/10 stainless steel rivets secure the handles, and graduated measurements are marked inside; the casserole measures approximately 10" in diameter by 6" deep and weighs 4.5 lb. Made in China, it is durable, food-safe and dishwasher safe.
