The 2-Handle 10" Saute Pan with Lid features tri-ply construction with 18/10 stainless steel, an aluminum core and copper for even heat distribution. A special vintage process gives the stainless steel a rustic, warm and elegant appearance; the surfaces are mirror polished inside and out, with strongly fixed 18/10 stainless steel rivets and graduated measurements inside. Approximately 10" in diameter and 4" deep, this durable, food-safe pan is made in China; its production process is non-galvanic and does not produce pollution.
