The special titanium plating process gives the surface added hardness; the durable, inoxidizable finish is food-safe and dishwasher safe, and is tested and guaranteed for more than 3,000 commercial dishwasher washes. The set measures approximately 10.8" L x 3.3" W x 3.3" T, weighs 0.5 lb, and is made in Italy.
