The 2-Handle 11" Saute Pan with Lid features a special vintage process that gives its stainless-steel surface a rustic, warm, elegant appearance; the production process is not galvanic and does not produce pollution. Its triply construction combines 18/10 stainless steel, an aluminum core and copper, with mirror-polished surfaces inside and out, strongly fixed 18/10 stainless-steel rivets and graduated interior measurements for even heat distribution. Durable and food safe, it measures approximately 11" in diameter by 4" deep, weighs 4.4 lbs., and is made in China. It is dishwasher safe; avoid rough sponges and abrasive detergents.
