Its mirror-polished surfaces are finished inside and out, with strongly fixed 18/10 stainless steel rivets on the handles and graduated measurements inside; the construction distributes heat evenly for greater temperature control and helps save energy and cooking time. Measuring approximately 10" in diameter by 8" high and weighing 4.7 lbs., it is made in China.
