Its stainless steel has a special vintage finish, with mirror-polished surfaces inside and out, strongly fixed riveted handles and graduated measurements inside. Approximately 10 inches in diameter and 4 inches deep, the pan weighs 3.8 pounds and is made in China; it is dishwasher safe, but should not be cleaned with rough sponges or abrasive detergents.
