Phyto-Cernes Eclat is a tinted eye concealer in shade 3 - Medium, formulated with ultra-pure pigments to mask dark circles and shadowy areas while targeting puffiness and signs of fatigue. Its supple, creamy formula offers easy application, a natural finish and long wear; it visibly smooths the look of wrinkles and fine lines, helps reduce the appearance of under-eye bags, and may also be used as a concealer. The metal massage tip creates an immediate cooling effect, while the included brush allows customized application. Formulated without sulfates, parabens and phthalates, it comes in a 15 ml size; apply around the eye with light strokes, then blend with the brush or fingertips from the inner to outer corner.
