The vintage 1990s Cartier Panthère 29mm watch features an approximately 29mm square case in polished 18K yellow gold, with brilliant diamonds along the bezel. Its white dial has Cartier text embedded at 7 o’clock, Roman numeral markers, sword hands, a date window at 3 o’clock and sweep seconds, protected by a sapphire crystal; the watch has quartz movement and a screw-down case back.
