Hourglass 1.5 mm Mechanical Gel Eye Liner is a waterproof gel liner in a precision mechanical pencil, designed for accurate application and tightlining between the lashes. Its creamy formula delivers the intensity and staying power of a traditional gel liner, with transferproof, long-lasting wear; six clicks dispense enough product to line the eye, and the pencil does not retract. The 1.5 mm tip is ophthalmologist tested, and the formula is made without phthalates, sulfates, talc, mineral oil, gluten, synthetic fragrance, synthetic dyes, nanoparticles or triclosan; Hourglass is cruelty-free, and the liner is available in five shades.
Replace the cap after each use to prevent drying. Remove with waterproof makeup remover.
