Phyto-Khol Star Waterproof Eyeliner is an automatically retractable pencil with an integrated sharpener and a creamy, firm tip for smooth glide and precise definition. The 5 Sparkling Blue shade is a luminous blue infused with delicate glitter, and its long-lasting formula is designed to withstand rain, humidity, heat, tears, exertion, sweat and sebum. Enriched with rosehip oil, bisabolol of natural origin and vitamin E acetate, the formula is made without sulfates, parabens or phthalates; only the Matte formula may be used along the waterline. Each pencil contains 0.3 g.
Retract the tip slightly after use and close securely. Keep the pencil clean and avoid sharing eye makeup.
