WHAT IT DOES A second-skin, light textured lipstick for a comfortable and light feeling lip application with a 12 hour wear time. Available in 15 universally flattering shades. HOW TO USE IT Apply KissKiss Liplift Lipstick Primer (sold separately) to smooth and prepare the lips for lipstick application. Or apply KissKiss Roselip balm (sold separately) to prepare lips and add extra hydration, then take off the excess with a tissue. Apply KissKiss Tender Matte Lipstick over primer/balm for a luminous matte finish. ACTIVE INGREDIENTS Hyaluronic Acid: hydrates and plumps up the lips.
