Led by Luca Campinotti and his trio of extraordinary dogs, the group spent the morning moving through dappled light and fallen leaves, watching the dogs circle and scratch before gently unearthing the treasure below. The scent of warm earth and oak leaves, and the thrill of discovery, became the genesis of this olive oil. White truffles are nature's greatest riddle.
