The textile draws on a painting by Haitian artist Levoy Exil, whose work carries spiritual meaning within the Vodou tradition, translated into a patchwork of textures by Bolivian artisans in hand crochet and macrame. The full collection took 31 artisans more than 5,000 hours to complete.
