Galantino Ceramic Garlic Extra Virgin Olive Oil combines 99% extra virgin olive oil with 1% fresh garlic, crushed together using an ancient technique revived by Galantino in the 1990s, with no added essences. The result is an intense, bright, savory flavor, presented in a hand-painted ceramic bottle made by local artisans, so each bottle is unique. Recommended for soups, bruschetta, meat, vegetables and spaghetti; the bottle measures approximately 3 inches in diameter by 6 inches tall and contains 250 mL (8.5 oz). Made in Italy; refrigerated shelf life is 16 months, and no allergens are declared.
