Its blue ombre vignette gilt dial features a Day-Date display, sweep seconds and diamond hour markers, powered by an automatic movement. Circa 1990, this reference 18238 is finished with an 18K yellow gold Rolex President bracelet #8385 and folding clasp, and retains the original Rolex green sticker on the back.
