Designed with a ruffled V-neck, long blouson sleeves, flared cuffs and a pull-over fit, it measures approximately 25.5 inches from shoulder to hem; the model is 5'10" and wears a US size Small. Imported and finished in black lace, the blouse is dry clean only. Kobi Halperin launched his eponymous womenswear line in 2015.
