WHAT IT IS This premium ceremonial matcha from Palais des Thés is ideal for both traditional preparation and lattes. Immerse oneself in a world of absolute smoothness with Kokoro, whose name means "heart" in Japanese. Kokoro Matcha offers a tea that is sweet, aromatic, richly creamy and vibrantly colored. Sourced from the fertile volcanic soils of Kagoshima and the renowned terroir of Shizuoka, it is crafted from tea plants aged 10 to 40 years, grown from the Tsuyuhikari and Asanoka cultivars, and ground with ceramic beads to achieve its characteristic fineness.
