Founder, designer and all-around style maker Jennifer Fisher is like the chic fashion friend you wish you had. Always dressed in directional separates or sleek dresses accented with her eponymous jewelry, she has an eye for what feels current and fresh. “My style is clean coastal with a downtown edge,” Jennifer tells Vêtir. “I love to invest in classic shapes but always mix denim and unexpected accessories. And it’s black on black…on black.” Alaïa, Celine, Bottega Veneta, and J.W. Anderson are just a few of her favorite designers in the rotation. The “queen of hoops” may have started her jewelry collection 20 years ago (and gained fans from the likes of Hailey Bieber to Michelle Obama), but it has since evolved into a lifestyle brand. With the upcoming launch of food and lifestyle website Maedyn and the cookbook “Trust Your Gut” (out Oct. 28), expect to see plenty more of Jennifer—whether she’s serving recipes or head-to-toe looks. On Jennifer’s wish list? “I’m currently on the hunt for the perfect new black coat and a Hermès mini Togo Kelly in permabrass. One practical and the other completely impractical, which pretty much sums up my style and shopping routine—it’s all about balance."
