A new era at Balmain has begun. Antonin Tron has taken helm at Balmain, and for his first campaign as creative director he introduced L’heure du loup, a cinematic study in shadow, sensuality and self-possession that highlights his Fall/Winter debut. Drawing on Pierre Balmain’s architectural approach to couture and the grit and glamour of 1980s neo-noir heroines, Tron strips away excess in favor of strong shoulders, sculptural draping, rich leather and silhouettes charged with quiet confidence. It’s a vision of femininity that feels mysterious, commanding and distinctly modern—and one we’re already taking notes from. Discover the campaign and shop the edit below.
