Reference 116610LV features a green ceramic insert in its unidirectional rotating stainless-steel bezel, sapphire crystal, screw-down case back, date display and sweep seconds. The 31-jewel Caliber 3135 movement is paired with luminous dot, rectangle and triangle markers and Mercedes-style hands; the description notes 1000 ft/300 m and includes a Rolex International Card. Circa 2009.
