Anita Patrickson channels her love of Africa (she grew up on a farm out in the bush); her reverence for Mother Earth; and her appreciation for conscious craftsmanship into impossibly chic handmade sandals. To ensure minimum excess waste; each pair is made to measure using the finest leather sourced from Florence—which is then painted by hand—as well as hides that are by-products and vegetable-dyed. The 'The Rongai' sandals have a caged silhouette made from thin strips of suede that connect to the lace-up ankle with pearlescent links. The soles are lightly padded for comfort.
