Chantecaille Mermaid Eyeshadow is a velvety, richly pigmented formula that can be worn wet or dry as an eyeliner or eyeshadow. Available in matte and metallic finishes, its shades are infused with Vitamin E and anti-aging Silk Tree Bark Extract to help lift the appearance of the upper eyelid; tests were performed on ingredients. The formula is free of animal testing, parabens, fragrance and phthalates.
