Cartier’s oversized Tank Americaine XL watch features a polished 18K rose gold curved rectangular case measuring approximately 52mm x 32mm, paired with a beige leather strap and secure 18K rose gold deployant buckle. The automatic timepiece presents a silver guilloche dial with embedded Cartier text at 7 o’clock, Roman numeral hour markers, sword hands, sweep seconds, a date window at 6 o’clock, and a sapphire crystal window. Reference 2927, it dates from circa the mid-2000s to early 2020s, was made in Switzerland, and includes a watch box and certificate of authenticity.
