Phyto-Khol Star Waterproof Eyeliner in 10 Mystic Plum is an automatically retractable pencil with an integrated sharpener and a 0.3 g creamy, firm tip for smooth glide and precise definition. Its Mystic shade is an almost-black shimmer with subtle reflections, and the long-lasting formula is made to stand up to rain, humidity, heat, tears, exertion, sweat and sebum. Enriched with Rosehip oil, Bisabolol of natural origin and Vitamin E acetate, it is formulated without sulfates, parabens and phthalates; only the Matte formula may be used along the waterline.
