Its ultra lash-coating formula is designed to volumize and fortify, while ingredients gradually tint, strengthen and condition lashes for a supple-hydrated feel. The precision curved wand lifts lashes and offers control for a light water-sheened finish or a bold, full effect; 10 ml. Vegan and cruelty-free, it is formulated without parabens, PEGs, phthalates, mineral oil, BHA + BHT, sulfates, cyclic silicones, formaldehyde, squalene and talc.
