In Soft Brown for light brown hair with warm or cool undertones, it has a featherlight feel and creates fuller-looking, natural brows; the vegan, cruelty-free formula is free of fragrance, parabens, gluten, phthalates, mineral oil, alcohol and talc. The 0.017 fl oz pen is applied to clean, dry skin, with strokes drawn in the direction of hair growth and blended with a spoolie.
