Steep the loose tea covered for 3 to 5 minutes; prepare the hot chocolate with 4 heaped teaspoons and 6 to 8 ounces of gently steaming milk or milk alternative; brew the coffee with water just off a boil for 4 minutes using a French press or drip cone.
