Hwy 190 Formula 5 Hair & Body Oil by Fulton & Roark is a multifunctional, lightweight oil made with seven nutrient-rich oils to nourish hair and skin, smooth strands and tame flyaways while delivering a long-lasting fine fragrance. The 1.7 fl. oz. formula features a Woody Amber fragrance with fresh orange, pink pepper and white freesia top notes; myrrh, cistus labdanum and cypriol heart middle notes; and vanilla bean, Java vetiver and cedarwood base notes. Made in the USA, it can be applied to towel-dried hair or directly to skin.
