WHAT IT IS This handy refill contains Surratt's original Surreal Skin Foundation. Refill. 0. 5 oz. Made in Japan. WHAT IT DOES This oil-free formula provides natural-looking, medium to full coverage, and a long-wearing finish. WHO IT'S FOR For all skin types. HOW TO USE IT To refill, unscrew the empty foundation cartridge from the bottom of the wand. Remove the cap from the top of the replacement cartridge, and screw it back into the wand. On first use, prime the wand by depressing the button several times (10 usually does the trick) to advance the foundation to the top of the brush. One full pump is enough to cover the entire face; use two pumps for fuller coverage.
