The Irving Jacket in Electric Navy Sea Island Cotton Corduroy is a single-breasted, two-button jacket built on traditional tailoring methods. Its internal canvas, shoulder, and lapel work were developed specifically for Gabriela Hearst, joining bespoke Savile Row lines with Italian atelier construction. The deep electric navy reads almost ink under low light and warms to a richer blue in daylight. Cut from 100% Sea Island cotton corduroy, a long-staple fiber prized for softness, breathability, and the depth of its pile. The corduroy is woven at a family-run Italian mill founded in 1838, the first in Italy to produce velvet and moleskin, keeping every step of production local and favoring natural washing and dye agents.
