Welcome to Vêtir. These Terms & Conditions govern your access to and use of the Vêtir website, mobile applications, styling services, and related features we make available (collectively, the "Service").
Acceptance of Terms
By accessing, browsing, creating an account, or using the Service, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.Eligibility and Accounts
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service. If you are under 18, you may use the Service only with the involvement and consent of a parent or legal guardian. You are responsible for providing accurate account information and for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials.Products, Retailers, and Orders
Vêtir may feature luxury products, styling recommendations, concierge support, and links to third-party brands or retailers. Product availability, pricing, shipping timelines, and brand-specific purchase terms may change without notice and may be controlled by the originating retailer or brand. Returns, exchanges, and product refunds for physical goods remain subject to the applicable retailer or brand policy.Payments, Membership Packages, and Refunds
If you purchase a styling or membership package through Vêtir, you authorize us and our payment providers to charge the payment method you provide. Some membership packages may renew on a recurring basis until canceled. If you cancel a recurring membership, the cancellation will generally take effect at the end of the current billing period unless we expressly state otherwise.Unless required by applicable law or otherwise stated by Vêtir in writing, membership packages are not refundable, in whole or in part, after purchase. We do not provide prorated refunds for unused time, unused benefits, or mid-cycle cancellations. Final sale items are also non-refundable.User Content and Feedback
If you submit content, reviews, feedback, or other materials through the Service, you retain ownership of your content, but you grant Vêtir a non-exclusive license to use, display, reproduce, and improve that content as needed to operate, promote, and improve the Service. We may also use aggregated or de-identified usage data to improve our products and services.Acceptable Use
You may not use the Service for any unlawful, misleading, fraudulent, or unauthorized purpose. You may not infringe the rights of others, post confidential information without permission, impersonate another person, interfere with the operation of the Service, or use bots, crawlers, or automated tools to extract data from the Service without our prior written consent.Affiliate Disclosure
