Köppen Oil Pull is a cold-pressed oil-pulling formula designed to bind to plaque-causing bacteria, help reduce buildup and gently lift surface stains from coffee, tea, smoking and other sources of discoloration. Developed with a functional practitioner, it features sesame, spearmint, nutmeg, clove and licorice root to support gum comfort and a naturally brighter smile. The formula is free from synthetic dyes, foaming agents, parabens, sulfates, alcohol, artificial sweeteners and microplastics, and comes in a 236 ml / 8 fl oz bottle. Swish 10–15 mL for at least two minutes, up to 20 minutes, then spit into the trash; use after tongue scraping and before flossing and brushing.
