Cartier presented a new range of its iconic'Tank Américaine'family at Watches and Wonders 2023 in Geneva. Named for its'Large Medium'case and the only model powered by the in-house 1899 MC automatic movement, this reference has a leaner and less curved 18-karat rose gold case and semi-matte grey alligator strap. The satin-brushed silvered dial features classic Roman numerals and blued steel sword-shaped hands, while the crown is fitted with a signature sapphire cabochon.
